During a ceremony held at police headquarters on November 5th, Sergeant Michael Powell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Officer Adam Siegel was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. The ceremony was attended by command staff, fellow officers and department members, city officials, and friends and family of the two officers.
