Tufts Medicine has contracted with Turner Construction Company, a licensed and insured construction manager in the state of Massachusetts, to dismantle and demolish the decommissioned buildings at these locations. Demolition activities on the properties will proceed in two phases -- first interior deconstruction of the buildings, followed by exterior demolition of the buildings to begin this fall.

To provide you with information and to answer your questions as they relate to demolition, a community meeting has been scheduled.
