It is important that improperly discarded hypodermic syringes and needles are promptly and safely disposed of. Please contact Malden Police Department Communications at 781-322-1212 to report the location of a discarded syringe. An officer will be dispatched to secure and dispose of it. If you have syringes or other sharps that you would like to dispose of, please visit the Malden Board of Health.
