Partnerships

The Malden Teen Enrichment Center is fortunate to have many partnerships that allow us to provide much needed services to those we serve. These organizations have stepped up in times of need and also provide various learning experiences for our members. 

These partnerships include the Bread of Life which supplies meals for members each week along with snacks as often as they are available to the teens. They also provide various other foods for teens who may need additional support at home. In addition, the Center’s members often volunteer at the Bread of Life, preparing meals, packaging, and distributing food. The Center also works closely with the YWCA of Malden to sponsor joint enrichment opportunities for the teens. The Malden Teen Enrichment Center also shares space with the YMCA Zero Robotics program in the summer which allows the teens to positively interact with younger adolescents. The Center has also partnered for the last several years with the Malden Community Garden where students maintain a plot and provide assistance to other gardeners when needed.
