The Engineering Department is responsible for the development, design, and construction oversight of all City roadway and utility construction projects. The department provides technical assistance and project management functions to other City departments, private contractors, engineers, surveyors and the general public regarding:

- Street Layouts
- Traffic Issues
Geographic Information System
