2022 Parking Garage Automation Upgrade Notice

In November of 2022, we upgraded parking control access equipment in Jackson Street, Central Business District (CBD), Dartmouth Towers, and Dartmouth Gardens garages. This equipment will allow more convenient entrance and exit options, streamlined validation, and payment options, in a modern and upgraded format.

If You Are a Monthly Pass Holder, We Need Your Help!

You will need a new access card to replace your current card. At the same time, we will make sure we have up-to-date email, phone, and vehicle information so you can fully utilize the new capabilities. If you haven't provided us with this information or received your new card, please:

Garage Upgrade - Entrance & Exit Flexibility
