A ribbon cutting ceremony was recently held at The Island Caribbean Cuisine and Drinks, a family owned and operated restaurant with a full bar that specializes on the unique tastes of foods of the Caribbean Islands through authentic cooking and beverages. The grand opening event was attended by Mayor Gary Christenson, City Councillor Ryan O’Malley and family and friends.
